The Chateau d'Aussieres is a wine of density and exceptional finesse which fully express the richness of the late ripening and cool terroir, perfect for producing elegant wines.
Initially, the nose presents oak and roasted notes from the barrel ageing, it becomes more complex with a hint of cloves and liquorice. On the palate, the attack is reserved but very refined, confirming the wine's youth.
